Marta Dūdiņa–Ozoliņa has graduated from Janis Rozentāls Riga Secondary School of Art. She obtained Bachelor’s Degree at the Latvian Academy of Arts at the Department of Visual Communication. Currently, she studies to obtain Master’s Degree at the Latvian Academy of Arts at the Department of Visual Communication.

Sculpture. Translucency of this glass object is an important element visually and content-wise.

The artwork unites different materials, stone and glass symbolise fragility and power.

Based on natural forms, the artwork was created to inspire its audience to strive for the light and not to lose ardour and fortitude.
